Well, we knew it could not last forever. The recent string of "coffee is healthy" for you news has just hit a snag.
Just when we find out that coffee can cure a host of maladies, the bad cholesterol debate rears its ugly head. No doubt the answer is moderation but whenever someone is able to scientifically link coffee with consumption with ill health, it should be taken seriously.
So while you gulp down your 7th cup of coffee, at least read the following article about the relationship between coffee and bad cholesterol.

Coffee And Dementia
I suppose coffee and dementia is the latest in our impromptu series of coffee and health. Over the last several months studies have come out linking the use of coffee to the cure of just about every disease on the planet.
No the pro coffee for health world has linked coffee and dementia. Studies indicate there is a protective level of caffeine that protects against the development of dementia in people who drink coffee every day. The antioxidant effect of the coffee bean itself also plays a role.

Coffee: Good Health But Bad Rep
The buzz about coffee health benefits is getting stronger seemingly by the day. We are seeing less about yellow teeth and stimulants and more about antioxidants.
The truth is that you can get your antioxidants in hundreds of natural ways but it is certainly fun to read about how our favorite adult drink is loaded with them. It still may be an addiction some people are trying to quit, but coffee is fast becoming an integral part of health regiments everywhere.
Of particular note is the amount of studies being done lauding coffee for reduced incidents of cancer. The studies are impressive, just take a look.http://www.empowher.com/healthy-eating/content/coffee-bad-reputation-good-health

Drink Coffee and Live Longer

But coffee comes from the earth and is not quite the drug it was deemed to be in decades past. It seems to cure everything and now it may even cure death. (temporarily)
Studies indicate that coffee drinkers live longer than those who do not drink it. Find out more here:
